What is the difference between Exclusion and Not included?

Exclusion used to the term of previous version of ISO 9001 from 1987 to 2008 versions however, the valid term is Not included which is more accurate and realistic reference to the business environment. It means nothing is excluded but to say not included since any clause or sub-clause of ISO 9001:2015 in now applicable to the organization but still organization can justify its not included process which are out of scope of organization where else the term excluded narrates that requirement of standard is not considerable and completely out of the context of organization which is not possible in the light of new and latest standard of ISO 9001.
